Short, but back!

I haven't updated in awhile....
My life has been on a rollarcoaster. I've been prepping myself for the next phase in my life.
In three months, it will mark the finish of my college life. At this very, current moment, I'm not ready.

After my last post...I lost internet connection as I was in the process of moving. Then, it was my birthday the next day. August 30th. Following, school started again. It's shocking how fast time can go by.

I'm slowly getting back into a routine.

My wellness class is definitely top on my interesting list. Last class, we put crayon to an A3 piece of paper.

Sound ridiculous, but..it worked! Before we started the exercise, the professor said..."Remember how you're feeling now." Then we went crazy and interpreted (via drawing) what we thought wellness was. At the end of class, the professor as who felt worse, the same, or better. Most people felt better and there were select people that felt the same. However, no one felt worse. It's interesting how drawing could have such an impact. Maybe because it brings us back to childhood? No worries?

Then, on Monday, she cancelled class so we can have a Mind&Body day. It's a day for us to wake up early and use class time for something that will de-stress us. I've decided to wake up and make breakfast with my boyfriend. I'll tell you how it all works out.
